I did not expect anything from this film, but at the end of it - was pleasantly surprised. This film is very different from the modern films about the zombie, and you will understand this, only after watching the film to the end. Frankly, I was extremely surprised by the ending; an absolutely unpredictable outcome. Also, I did not expect that the 1968 film could scare the modern and tempted by horrendous horror films, a man, but he really scares, and scares any zombies, but how much the atmosphere itself. And the atmosphere is really present, which is injected with music, causing an overwhelming sense of suspense. I liked very much how human relations are shown in a closed space; D. Romero like an attentive psychologist felt, and then painted, all the vicissitudes of human relationships. (I will not list, because I do not want to make spoilers). It is impossible not to say that this film is a kind of forerunner of all the films "about zombies", since it was in this film that the main pillars of the subgenre were laid.

Classics, interesting to all fans of zombie movies, as well as to all other interested cinema. Masterpiece.

My opinion about this film a few days after watching was ripe. Although in reality, it is not much different from first impressions. Honestly, I didn’t even try to analyze it deeply, and there’s really nothing. "Star Trek: Infinity" - a good example of a typical Hollywood blockbuster with all the consequences.
